Passengers are picked up from the airport from the arrivals terminal, at the M&M Express agency.
After pickup, the driver will drive you to the car in the airport parking lot.

You can pay cash to the driver, online with a card or directly at a P.O.S.

At the time of booking, the number of checked baggage must be declared to avoid further inconveniences.
The price of a transfer includes one hold and one hand luggage. Additional luggage will be charged with 20 RON/baggage.

In the price of a transfer, one hold and one carry-on bag are included, one more hold bag being accepted for which an additional fee of 20 RON will be paid.
The carrier reserves the right to refuse the transfer of more than 2 pieces of checked baggage/passenger.

If you want a chair or booster seat for children, check the desired box at the time of booking.

We provide for free a chair or a booster seat for the children depending on their age.

Small pets are accepted provided they are transported in special cages.

Additional fees can only be charged if the passenger has more than one hold and one carry-on bag, the additional cost being 20 RON.

Reservations can be made by phone at the numbers displayed on the website, by email or online.

If you make a reservation, you will receive two emails. The first that certifies the fact that your reservation has been registered and the second email represents the confirmation of your reservation, being accompanied by the travel voucher.
If you do not receive the second email, please contact us urgently because your reservation has been registered but not confirmed.

Reservations can be canceled free of charge 3 hours before the departure time.
If this time interval is not respected, you agree to pay the full value of the contracted service.

If the airline informs you that there will be a delay, please contact our dispatcher (by phone or email) and let them know about this in order to be able to reschedule the requested transfer.

The driver can wait up to 15 minutes after the departure time if the passenger has answered the phone call and confirms that he will be within the 15 minutes.

The driver can wait up to 10 minutes past the announced pick-up time if the passenger has answered the phone call and confirms that he will be within the 10 minutes.

The driver will leave the meeting place following his established schedule.
